INTRODUCTION
Naqvi & Siddiquie is one of the oldest firm of Pakistan founded by Syed Sibtain Sadiq Naqvi and Pirzada Aslam Raza Siddiquie among known Pioneers in the field of Architecture in Pakistan in the year 1952. They had come to know each other right from their Architectural academic period 1943-47 in India.
In January 1949 they pooled in their talents and resources and established a firm by the name of M/s Archensures Limited. The name Archensures was derived from the professions of Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Planners. Later on, it was realized that this name gives an impression of being foreign firm as such it was decided to change it to M/s Naqvi & Siddiquie to reflect the National image and the firm by its new name got registered as a Partnership Organization in 1952.
M/s Naqvi & Siddiquie affiliated with International Union of Architects, Paris, (France), took part in International Architectural Competition for the Design of Quaid‑e‑Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s Mausoleum in 1957‑58 held under United Nations and got Honorable Mention with Prize having the Third best position.
An office was established at Rawalpindi-Islamabad in 1964 and utilized the experience and talent of Architect Mr.M.A Moktader and Engineer Mr.Q.A Alvi who were made the resident Architect and resident Engineer respectively to look after the projects at Rawalpindi-Islamabad.
In the year 1975 Naqvi & Siddiquie formed another Organization under the title of M/s Naqvi & Siddiquie Associates (Pakistan) with the same partnership specially to deal with the jobs abroad and of bigger magnitude at home.
During 1975 Naqvi & Siddiquie Associates (Pakistan)joined hands with other specialized firms and formed a consortium under the title of M/s Consultant International Limited. Under this banner the firm provided its Consultancy services to Libya, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UAE, Yemen, Kuwait, Tunis, Algeria, Iran and Iraq.

SYED SIBTAIN SADIQ NAQVI (1925 – 2001)
After General Education, graduated from the School of Architecture, Delhi, received Advanced Diploma in Architecture in 1964. Worked in various Architectural Firms before forming partnership with Pirzada Aslam Raza Siddiquie in 1950. Became Associates of:

Traveled extensively in Western Europe, United States of America, Canada, Russia, Middle East, Far East and Japan in pursuit of profession.

PIRZADA ASLAM RAZA SIDDIQUIE (1925 – 2012)
Following basic education, Graduated with Advance Diploma in Architecture from the School of Architecture, Delhi and Diploma in Town Planning and Building Development from London. Became fellow of:

SYED ZIA ASKARI
Born in 1961. After General Education graduated from National College of Arts, Lahore, in 1985. M. Arch from University of Huston, Texas, U.S.A in 1988. He started his career with Naqvi and Siddiquie Associates as Chief Architect in 1988, and in 1990 became Partner of Naqvi and Siddiquie Associates (Pakistan).
