Narrative of the Project
The Gorag Hill site was identified for Development as Summer Resort some time in 1860 by the British rulers who were exploring the possibilities of developing such resorts in Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab and NWFP. The Hill Stations like Murree, Quetta, Ziarat etc. were developed and the Gorag Hill at Dadu was considered as resort of future.

The scope of works comprises of Master Planning for Development of Projects of comprehensive development of scheme includes demarcation of land with Master Planning, Town planning, Topographical survey, Geological survey and Physical & land use planning and setting of zones for Administrative, Residential, Commercial & Educational with planning, designing, and preparation of complete working drawings of all disciplines for the following buildings
