Since there was not Hospital to cure the critical disease of different nature under one place in Pakistan especially in Karachi hence to provide best treatment Government of Pakistan in collaboration of Govt of Sindh lauched the Hospital namely SMBB Accident & Emergency Centre and allied services complex at Civil Hospital Karachi

The scope of works was planning, Designing & Documentation for execution of Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevator Facilities, Car Parking Facilities and Telephone & Intercom, Plumbing, Fire Alarm System, System, HVAC, Sound System including external development with detail supervision to complete the construction work smoothly.
